I'm not sure when a baby becomes a toddler but it makes sense that it is around the one year mark. There are so many changes within days! Jasper is walking everywhere in his new stride rite shoes though he wasn't too happy at first about heavy, hard-soled shoes on his feet! Another fun development is that he is interested in feeding himself. In fact he did good with a fork and scrambled eggs the other morning! He actually successfully fed himself a few bites. He is still taking 2 naps a day (most days) and is nursing 3 times a day (we just dropped 2 feedings which is great!).
He loves all his new toys and books!
Uh-oh more toilet paper unrolling! This is the terrible Scott brand (Darrell calls it half-ply) so I don't mind wasting it...and fortunately he hasn't tried this in our bathroom with the Cottonelle.

Oh Joni - he's such a cutie!! Isn't it amazing how quickly they grow and all the changes! W will be 18 mos next week, and it just blows my mind! Know you guys are excited that Jasper is walking around - such a fun stage! When are ya'll coming for a visit? We'd love to have you!
Jasper is so cute! It is amazing how all of the sudden he is looking like a little toddler. He is an adorable little boy and we know you are having so much fun with him!
