Almost Christmas!

Jasper in front of the Christmas tree this year...
and last year...
I took him to have his picture with Santa today - once again, he did AWESOME. I will get D to scan it and I"ll post it later. SOOOo cute. Don't think we can beat last year's picture but it is another good one.

Jasper with Darrell's Brio train set
The train set has been at Grandie & Grandpa's and we brought it to our house now. Jasper loves trains.
Mommy's nativity is on the top shelf and Jasper's is on the bottom. Jasper is so cute playing with his as he feeds the animals and has the wise men give gifts to baby Jesus. He even took my cup of water the other day and poured the water into the tiny feeding trough. I didn't realize what he was doing until after it happened - he said he was feeding water to the animals. It was pretty much water all over the floor and table but it was cute!

On another note, overall I am feeling great with this pregnancy! I only had a few rough weeks in the beginning. There are still some yucky days and I am very tired but overall, it is totally different and good. I still take Zofran usually just once a day but still hope that won't be necessary for much longer. We were suppose to have our big ultrasound today but I postponed it until Jan 2nd to save money (haven't paid any on my deductible this year, might as well wait til next year). I'm 18 weeks now and will be at the end of 20 weeks when we have the ultrasound. I was so excited about seeing the baby but in order to save a good bit of money, I can wait 2.5 weeks. We are not finding out the gender anyway - another surprise!

We have the same two nativity sets! My kids love the Fisher Price one and have, for years. I'm excited to hear how your ultrasound goes!

Looks like you guys are having lots of fun with Christmas decorations. We haven't been brave enough to go beyond a table top tree yet, but we may try to put up the big tree just for a couple days. I love the pics from last year. It's hard to believe Jasper was that little just one year ago.
