We did nothing for Halloween. I dressed Baxter in Mickey Mouse and took some pictures! Jasper was not interested in Super Why or Spiderman, both good choices I thought. He was not the least bit interested in dressing up. So I went grocery shopping. Saturday night at Kroger - definitely an awesome time to hit the store!
Baxter is doing great. He is oh so cute. He does smile and laugh quite a bit but it is hard to catch on camera. Plus he really is the most non-photogenic baby ever. I have plenty of terrible pictures to prove it. For his sake, I try to post only the good and half-decent ones. He is still a gigantic baby (see picture above - I admit although he's smiling it really is not the most flattering picture!). Below is a 5 month picture, wow!
Jasper says, "when I was a wittle baby I would sleep in this cwib."
Jasper told me he spelled apple - I was pretty impressed! He loves letters and words. Other than spelling his name, other favorites are go, stop, open, baxter, help, and bake.

This is the third year I've gone to Burt's in NOVEMBER to take pictures. As you can see, if you go on a weekday in November you'll have the place to yourself! And also as you can see and probably know, taking pictures of kids is almost downright impossible. Note the pictures where ALL the kids have their backs turned! I took a ton of pictures - here are some of the good ones and funny ones.
In trying to get a picture of Jasper & Baxter...most consisted of Jasper running around and Baxter watching.

Hoke just told me that he thinks Baxter is AWESOME!! And Jasper too!!! I agree!!!! They are the coolest kids!
