On another note, our computer is up and working again. After exhausting our computer-fixing-friends options Darrell decided to "call somebody." He quoted us $200-300 so we called another guy who said $150. That made Darrell even more determined to fix it himself although he had been trying for a week. He ended up re-formatting the hard drive so we are starting all over but it seems to be working. I got all our photos and important files off the hard drive before doing this, which I am SO thankful for. We did lose all our music on iTunes which really stinks. I am bummed about the music but hey, we didn't have to pay to have our computer fixed. So for our generous friends out there, if you burned all your CDs to iTunes and then actually kept the CDs (unlike us - for the most part), we'd love to borrow some of those CDs sometime :) Okay, actually I just looked and we do have a lot of our old CDs so I feel better about that. We have not re-loaded all of our programs yet - now I will be beyond bummed if our Microsoft Money backup does not work. Almost 5 years of meticulously kept records of how we have spent our money. Oh I hope that works!!!!This weekend Darrell is driving the cross country team to Jekyll Island and I get to tag along! He has been the bus driver the past 2 years but this is the first time it has worked out for me to go. I am very excited and thankful to the grandparents for keeping Jasper. I have 2 books from the library that I hope to read (a 9 hr bus trip should help): The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan and Healthy Child, Healthy World by Christopher Gavigan. Of course, I may not get much reading done once we get there because we get to stay in a hotel (duh). Anytime Darrell & I stay in a hotel we just lay around and flip through channels on the television in total awe as the hours fly by. That is a lot of fun to us. But not as much fun as sleeping and reading. Yep, we are easily entertained, rather boring, low-maintenance folks! Bring on the channel surfing!
Yes, I am playing around with our blog links and like the idea of being able to see if a blog is updated before clicking on it, but am not too crazy about how big & long the list looks...i'll play around more later. Ideas?

PLEASE let me know how you see when the blog was last updated!!! :-)
Glad your computer is up! Our crashed in March and we are still trying to recover some things (addresses especially). I want them retyped before our baby arrives so thank you cards and Christmas cards will be easy. Any ideas?
