July 6-13: We spent eight days in the Wilmington, NC area with 26 youth from our church. There were over 350 youth at the Group WorkCamp and we had a great week. We missed Jasper and didn't get much sleep but it was a great experience helping those in need. My crew painted the outside of a house; Darrell was on a crew that painted the inside of a house. My crew was blessed with the best resident ever - Gloria was just awesome. She is 75 years old and hasn't been to the doctor in 22 years. She is a prayer warrior and knows a ton of scripture. The highlight of my week was spending time with her every day.

Two and a half weeks until Darrell goes back to school - this summer is flying by.
