Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful moms and moms-to-be out there!
Darrell & Jasper surprised me with 3 yellow roses, 3 cards (the cats gave me one, too), and a new alarm clock/CD player. Since I've wanted and needed a new one for a while and since I am totally fine with practical gifts, I was delighted! Darrell asked me how long I had my current alarm clock. I know it is the one I took to college with me - so maybe since my junior or senior year of high school? It is at least 15 years old but the set-the-alarm buttons don't work anymore. Jasper has been my morning alarm for a while now anyway...but it is nice to have one that works!Here is Jasper in his new stylish shirt from Aunt Christy
Here I am nearing the end of pregnancy! Darrell's last day with students is Fri May 22 - will we make it til then? Who knows - whenever baby is ready, we'll be ready!

wanted to tell you i loved the maternity shots, you look GREAT! josh still uses his 1st alarm clock. it has METAL BELLS on it. loudest thing i've ever heard. i pray it breaks soon.
